His grandfather owned land @Gaskill Neck in Mt Holly, NJ where Septimus was renting from him and owed back rent when Edward died. For several years Septimus and Mary owned land at Gaskill Neck
along with some purchases and sales as time went by. They sold (possibly) all and moved to Butler in 1829.[1000names2006.FTW]
