Offspring of Septimus Winner
The Winners of Butler,PA

The starting point of my search for The Winner's is in Mount Holly, New Jersey, with Septimus Winner born in 1766. Septimus Winner moved from Mt Holly, NJ to Donegal Township, Butler, Co, PA In 1828 and started to farm. He raised 7 children and left a will at his death in 1844. Budd Sterling, his son, was the object of my personal search, as he was my g-g-g grandfather on my grandmother's side. The starting point of my research for sources was in the Family Bible owned by Edith Alma Logan Winner, where she recorded much of her husband's family.
