I am looking for information on the wife of Robert Boyd Jr. Her first name is believed to have been Margaret. She was born about 1761 in PA. Her children are believed to be: 1. Alexander (1785), 2. Sarah (1787), 3. Levi (1789-1860 Fayette Co AL - my line), 4. Josiah (1791), 5. Martha (1794), 6. Ebeneezer (1797), 7. John (1800), 8. James (1802, 9. Thomas (1804), 10. Jane (1806), and 11. Robert C. (1809). My Levi Boyd was born 18 Oct 1789 Burke Co NC, mar Nancy T. Brewer (1790-prior 1880 Fayette Co AL Census)20 Sept 1816 Christian Co KY, died about 1860 Fayette Co AL. They had 10 children: Harriett, Cyrus, Wiley Harvey (my line), William, Robert, Eliza, Margaret E., Leroy, Ann Caroline, and John Boyd. Two of their sons went to Texas: Robert, to Brown Co TX, and Leroy to Van Zandt Co TX. My Wiley Harvey went to Houston, Chicasaw Co MS. William and family moved toLamar Co AL. Cyrus to Attala Co MS. One daughter, Ann Caroline moved with her husband Micajah C. Corder, to Lee Co TX. Daughter Eliza and husband, James Henry Ferguson, moved to Calhoun Co MS. Another daughter, Margaret E and husband, John Hughes Tabb, moved with her brother Wiley to Houston, Chicasaw Co MS. Son, John, was killed in the Civil War on 12 Nov 1862. On 20 Jun 1804 in Wilson Co., Tennessee, Deed Book A, page 407: Jeremiah Taylor of Smith Co., to Wm. Boyd of Wilson Co., 357 acres. Wit. Abrm. Britton and Robert Boyd.
