Individual:
From the ABERDEEN DAILY AMERICAN NEWS....JANUARY 21, 1914 GEORGE HOOPER TAKES BRIDE.....MILWAUKEE ENGINEER MARRIED LAST NIGHT TO MISS JOSEPHINE TIFFANY A pretty wedding was solemnized last evening at 7 o'clock at the home of Mr Joseph A. Tiffany, 925 South Lincoln Street, when Rev. J. W. Hyslop, rector of St. Mark's church united Miss Josephine Tiffany to George B. Hooper, a Milwaukee engineer. The bride was attended by Miss Hope Bartholomew of Ipswich, while James Foram was groomsman. The young couple left last night for Minneapolis and Praire du Chien, Wisconsin, where they will spend a couple of weeks before returing to the city where they will make their home at 105 South Arch Street. The bride was prettily gowned in white crepe du Chine over silk trimmed with white lace and pale blue maribout fur. Following the ceromony, a wedding supper was served the forty present. The guests from out of the city present were Mr. and Mrs C. W. Tiffany of Redwood Falls, Minn.; Mrs Alice Rogers of White Lake, Mrs. C. W. Hooper and daughter Miss Nina Hooper of Mobridge. Both of the young people are well known in Aberdeen. The groom came here four years ago from New Lisbon, Wisconsin, and has been running extra on the Milwaukee road. The bride came here eight years ago from LeSeuer, Minn., and has been attending the Normal, being in the fifth year.
