A prayer service will be held at 1:30 PM Thursday March 6 at the Holly Funeral home, followed by funeral services at 2pm at the Crystal Lake Church, for Mrs. Tom Gill who died at 5:45 PM Monday March 3, at her residence on Rte. 1, Waupaca, town of Farmington.She had reached the advanced age of 93 years, 8 months and 4 days.Rev. E. Tink, Port Edwards, assisted by Rev. Justus E. Olson, will officiate and burial will be in Crystal Lake Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Herbert Hamm,Carlisle Stinemates,Lloyd Pinkerton,Claude Penny,Archie french and Leo Zemple.
Minnie Eva Gill was born June 29, 1858 in the town of Dayton, the daughter of Alonzo and Lucy (Blackmore) Bates. On Dec. 27,1883 she was united in marriage to Tom Gill in the town of Dayton.
She was a member of Crystal Lake Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Sept.28, 1948 and a son George, in 1945.
She is survived by one daughter (Lucy) Mrs. John Rademacher, King; one son, Louis Gill, town of Springwater, Waushara county; 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
