according to a Willard Francis of Elizabethtown, PA: Benjamin went t o VAand later to TENN an d returned in old age to his native home nea rMillersburg (Bethel) PA. There was no Bashor in 1820 census for tha tarea.
Francis Book says that two brothers are not given, came from Alsace-Lorraine in East Centra l France to the U.S. one retained the name Bash or,the other changed his name to Bashore. The former was the fathe r ofBenjamin.
He had been a Brethren minister.
