(certain heirs of John Kerby decd. relinquish their right to land which
said John had conveyed to a third party) (executed 28 December 1810).

!MARRIAGE: Albemarle County Marriages, 1780-1853; by John
Vogt & T. William Kethley; vol. II; page 534. The groom's surname is
given as "McDonnall." However, I am using McDaniel because --
(1) the deed cited above gives Nancy's surname as "Machdaniel," and
(2) one Nancy *McDaniel* consented to the marriage of her daughter
in Albemarle County in 1825 (see below).
Nancy's birth date is based entirely on the assumption that she married
at about 18 years of age. Although the usual assumption is 21 years of
age, that assumption would probably make Nancy's birth date conflict
with that of her sister, Charity (see note under Charity).
