!The personal recollection of Nathaniel Smith Wade, son of Jerry F. WADE
and nephew of Nettie WADE, was that Samuel Wade had a daughter
Luvene whose husband was Shelton MOYER, and another daughter
Nettie whose husband was Alec CRITZER. The marriage and census records,
however, show that Alexander Critzer married Samuel's daughter Malinda
Louisa ("Loula") WADE, and that Henry (Shelton) Moyer married Samuel's
daughter Nettie (see note under Malinda Louisa WADE). I have been unable
to find any public record of a Luvene Wade, daughter of Samuel. There is
no such daughter in the census records on Samuel's family. Perhaps Nathaniel
was matching uncles to the wrong aunts, and was incorrectly remembering his
Aunt Loula's name as "Luvene."
