Birth date is based entirely on the assumption that she married at
about 19 years of age (although the usual assumption is that a bride
was 21 years old, that would conflict with the birth date of Nancy's
brother, Thomas, per the census records). I cannot find Nancy or
her husband in the 1850 census (in any state).
