Rowland & Robert Horsley were Overseers who made this return In
Obedience to the within Order, we the Subscribers, with the within
mentioned persons excepting Thomas Lightfoot, Thomas Gibson,
Henry Crompton, Major Nicholas Meriwether in lieu of whom where
Henry Kerby, George Barker, Henry Crompton, Jun & Robert Via, &
with them have peaceably and quietly processioned the within
mentioned Land accordingly Jan 1719.
- September 16, 1730 Ordered that Robert Tate have the Tithables
of George Ross, Henry Kerby, Thomas Reynolds, Joseph Martin,
William Melton, John Melton, John Cobbs, John Kersey, to assist him
in clearing the road whereof he is Surveyor.- Henry Kerby was listed on the March 28th 2 tithables- September 11, 1739 p. 299 Pursuant to an Order of St Pauls Vestry
dated September the 11th 1739 and to us directed, we the
Subscribers have peaceably processioned all the Lands in our Precinct
according to order, and belonging to the people hereafter mention'd
viz. Michael Tucker, Amos Tucker, John Tucker, Wm Tharp, John
Tharp, Charles Tharp, Robt Via, George Barker, Wm Meanly, John
Brothers, Richd Crawford, Abraham Burnet, Thos Loggwood, Henry
