Individual:
!Birth date is based entirely on the assumption that he married
at about 25 years of age. The 1810 census of Albemarle Co.,
Va. (p. 7), has a John Harlow, age 45+, with a female of the
same age and two sons, ages 10-15 and 16-25.
!This may or may not be the John Harlow who applied for a
Revolutionary War pension while living in Christian County, Kentucky
(S. 13309). Abstract: Declaration of John Harlow of Christian
County, Kentucky, age 81, dated September 3, 1832. He was born
June 7, 1751, in Hanover County, Virginia. Parents moved the family
to Louisa County, and some years later to Albemarle County. He
was drafted at Albemarle. Moved about 35 years ago to Botetourt
County, where he lived 30 or 31 years, then to Christian County.
