Source Text: This source is very old and was handwritten in ink by LEWIS LINEBARGER, father of LEWIS LINEBARGER Jr. It was among the possessions of his daughter, VIRGINIA [LINEBARGER] GILMOURat the time of her death in 1914, and was given to her daughter [and my great Aunt] MAUD GILMOUR after she died. It indicates that LEWIS LINEBARGER [Jr.] was married to M. J. BLEVINS on 17 February 1858. This record was passed on to me by may great Aunt MAUD GILMOUR prior to the time of her death in 1968. Aunt MAUD obtained it from her mother, VIRGINIA LINEBARGER GILMOUR, daughter of LEWIS LINEBARGER and JANE HENDERSON and sister of LEWIS LINEBARGER Jr.
