Her first husband, WILLIAM DAVID GILMOUR had died in about 1868, and she remarried prior to the time of this Census. The location of their home was next door to her former brother-in-law, JOHN THOMAS GILMOUR and his wife VIRGINIA GILMOUR. JOHN THOMAS GILMOUR was the younger brother of her first husband, [WILLIAM DAVID GILMOUR], and that is where her first son, JOHN L. GILMOUR also lived . They were listed in this Census Report as John T. GILMORE [age 29, occupation "blacksmith", born in Illinois] and his wife, VIRGINIA GILMORE [age 25, born in Oregon], their son, JEFFERSON D. GILMORE [age 4, born in Oregon] their daughter, FRANCES GILMORE [age 1, born in Oregon] and their nephew [ HARRIET's first son], JOHN L. GILMORE [age 7, born in California].
