This is an attempt to sort out the pre1900 families of EYRES , EYERS , EARS , EYEARS , AYRES , AYERS , AYRS , EYRS , EYERES etc in Dorset . If you can add data or have doubts about the lineages I've tentatively gone for , do please contact me . There are bound to be errors of fact and interpretation in this file - please let me know if you see one . IGI entries which are not sourced from the parish register might well be fiction - I have treated them as such .
