| Some Gillespie County, TX Families |
This file deals mostly with the LOTH family of Gillespie County, Texas, and with their related families, the KLEINS, BORCHERS, WAHRMUNDS, MEURERS, HERBORTS and many others. As far as I am aware, this is the first attempt to gather all the branches of these large families into a single database. In doing the research for this file, we have discovered other Loths in Texas who may or may not be relatives...I am still trying to establish a connection with them. Also, the fact that a branch of the family changed the spelling of the name to LOTT adds another challenge. As all other genealogy projects, this is a work in progress. At the request of my husband I began researching his family history and entering it into a database in the hopes that others of his family might find the information useful, informative and entertaining. If anyone can add to our knowledge, we hope they will contact us.
