To the Worshipful the Justices of the Court ofPleas and Quarter Sessions, &c. the Petition of Henrietta Sparrow, Admix. of Elizabeth Sparrow and of said Henrietta as trustees of Matilda, wife of Oliver S. Dewey , and said Henrietta Sparrow, in her own right of Ann Maria Sparrow and of William Josephus Sparrow both infants by William B. Perkins their guardian and of Oliver S. Dewey and Matilda his wife, respectfully show that Elizabeth Sparrow, died Intestate, that said Henrietta has duly, administered on her estate, that she was entitled to personal property derived from her father's estate, and which was to be designated by a committee, & Prays that a committee may be appointed to divide the property between the heirs. Chairnman of the Court of Pleas and Quarter $1,250.00. 12th day of August 1833. of above bond is such that whereas, Josephus Nelson, administrator of Joseph Nelson, dead has delivered and paid to said Henrietta Sparrow, distributive share of said Joseph Nelson. Witnessed by 0. S. Dewey.
