Saturday, old settlers' day, brought the largest crowd of the week, and was greatly enjoyed by the older people in "visiting" with old friends. Captain Edward Harlan , the speaker of the day, was at his best, depicting the life of the pioneers and contrasting it with present conditions in the most interesting manner. Dinner was served in the M.E. church to over 400 of the old settlers. The names and ages of those who registered are as follows.
