My g-grandfather Michael immigrated from Ireland (probably Co Galway) first to Baltimore circa 1847-48 then to Madison. Wife Bridget (nee Higgins). Children Francis (Frank), Annie, Margaret, Ellie, Willliam.
Michael's brother Anthony noted in Baltimore ensus of 1850 but no rcord after that. My g-father, Frank, wed Mary Selig in Cincinnati. I'll send email address on any follow-ups. Thanks.
gg-grandfaher, Michael and brother Anthony were listed in 1850 Baltimore census. They were batching it then. Later, Michael sent for wife (Bridget nee Higgins) and 3 daughters (Margaret, Ellie, Annie)from county Galway. Moved to Madison Indiana, had two sons, Francis (Frank) and William. Francis married Mary Selig, children: Hugh Michael, Mary, Frances, John. Hugh Michael was my father in Cincinnati. Any connections out there?
