NOTE: On the 9th day of February 1685, the overseers of the will made a complaint against th
e executor, Edward Howard, who then began paying portions to the children of Abigail. On the 16th day of March 1687, Abigail complained that she did not have enough money to support herself and her children. The court ordered her to live with one of the overseers at her husband's (Edward Howard) expense.
