Individual:
Here is what I have on John Baptist & Eleanor
Lovelace's family as compiled by relative Fay Lovelace
back in the 1960's. She did this research in order to
join the DAR which she did in 1971.
This from John Baptist's will proven 8-16-1765. Filed
Bk 33, Library of Congress, page 317, National Archives, Anapolis, Md.
Eleanor married Thomas Robey after John's death. They moved to Rowan Co.,
N.C. Her will is filed as Eleanor Robey Salisbury, Rowan Co., N. C. Bk 2
page 233. From there she goes
from just the one ancestor directly related to her. I think
I did see some of the siblings names in some of her
letters but they are hard to read and I have to use a magnifying glass but I
will go over them later and see
what I have if you want me to or if you don't get what you
need from someone else. From what I understand about the will all the
children were listed but she just
didn't put them all in this letter.
