Hi All,
I'm sending along the text of Charlotte H Abbott's newspaper column called "Historical Andover", which was printed in the Andover Townsman in the late 1800's. I received copies from the Andover Historical Society. The first is NO. 69 and it is not dated.
"INGALLS FROM LYNN
...The first Ingalls grandchild recorded here was Abigail, daughter of Frances Dane and Elizabeth Ingalls, though the Ipswich annuls send them to our borders in 1648. Abigail, born in October 1652, was followed the same month by Hanna Allen, daughter of Aunt Faith, who became the sucestress through [I believe a line is cut off at the end of my copy page here] 2James Holt of a long and loyal line of Holts' who are "holding up the end" in 1897...

See grandfather Edmund Ingalls notes for full message from Sherry Gould. It looks like Abigail was born in Ipswich but recorded in the Lynn records to account for the local people.
