TRADED HER LAND IN OK. FOR A MINE IN CO. HER SONS WOULD WORK THE MINE AS TIME ALLOWED. THE MINE WAS AT THE FOOT OF A MOUNTAIN NEAR BOLDER,CO. THE MINE WAS A FALIURE FOR GOLD OR SILVER. URANIUM WAS DISCOVERED THERE IN 1944 AND A LARGE COMPANY JUMPED THEIR CLAIM. THE FAMILY DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY TO FIGHT THE COMPANY IN COURT AND LOST IT.
