- Source Text: Ignatius 'Planter' Hagan bequeathed his dau Elizabeth Speak 1 shilling sterling in his will of 1761 (Charles Co, MD). In 1770, elizabeth Manning, widow of Joseph Manning gave a deed of gift to her son, Levi Speake (prob son from previous marriage) which included a Negro boy and other property.
