Notes 
Individual:
In the Nazareth Luthern Church Cemetery, there are 2 gravestones for Hansel Westmoreland. One is an old stone with the dates 1819 & 1909. Directly behind it, is a newer double bronze marker with the following inscribed: Hansel Westmoreland 1819 - 1909 & Squire H. Westmoreland 1884 - 1909.
Hansel and his 2nd wife, Catherine Wall had a son named Squire and I believe this is their son. There are several small concrete markers with no names adjoining Hansel and his sons' gravestones and they may be other members of the Westmoreland family. The 1850 Census, Stokes Co, NC list Samuel Kieger, age 8, living with Hansel.
