I need information on a John Barnett, who was a Corporal in Yeaky's 3rd Inf Reg Ky Militia, War of 1812 ,
from Barren Co., KY. I also have a Premission Slip for a Jehu Polk to marry Elizabeth Barnett, dated
24th January 1814 signed by John Barnett. The marriages by Alexander Davidson in Barren Co., Ky
shows a John Barnett to Rachel Todd (Dodd ?) 18th November 1802. Is this Eliz's dad ?
Where did the Barnetts that were in Barren Co., KY come from, Virginia?
