Individual:
William Jefferson Maynor spent most of his adult life in Brookhaven (Lincoln County), Mississippi, where he worked for the railroad. Late in life he moved to Jackson (Hinds County), Mississippi. Why he is buried in Brookhaven beside the wife he had left for another woman is not clear.
