Maud, daughter of John de Acton. [Magna Charta Sureties] ------------------------------------ -------------- He [Nicholas de Poyntz] married 2ndly, before 9 Feb 1308/9, Maud, daughter of John de Acto n (d. 1312), and sister and, in her issue, heir of Sir John de Acton (d. circa Oct 1361). Nicholas d. shortly before 12 July 1311. His widow had order for dower 2 Sep 1311, and m., before 12 Apr 1315, as his 2nd wife, Roger DE CHAUNDOS, 1st Lord Chaundos. She died 15 August 1361. Gloucester, daughter of John D'ACTON of the same, by his 1st wife, Helen. He died 24 September 1353. His widow had livery of the manor of Wellington, 12 November 1353. She died 15 August 1361.
