Individual:


Ãüed succeeded his brother, Castantin, in 877, but by rights the throne could have gone to Dom nall mac Alpin's son, Giric. ----------- Ãüed's reign marked the beginning of savage bloodletting amongst the ruling line. In 878, his cousin, Giric, and supporters defeated and slew Ãüed in battle.
