Individual:
On October 17, 1942, Annie Baker Prickett signed a statement giving a record of the births of all of Francis Marion and Dicy A Stewart Baker's children. This legal document is found in the scrapbook/book and was used to establish birth dated for Social Security purposes. She states, "My parents (Francis Marion & Dicey Stewart Baker) preserved in their Family Bible, a record of birth dates of their children, as they were born. In the early part of the year 1894, when I left my home to go to Texas, I had copied from this original family record, the birth dates therein set out, and I have carefully preserved this direct transcript."
