Being very sick and weak, dated 24 Jul 1703. To my son John Ware, all my land. If in case he should die without heir lawfully begotten, my daughter Elizabeth shall have the land, and if she die, then my sons-in-law Anthony Morgan and Robert Morgan shall have the land. To my daughter Elizabeth Ware, year old heifer and two gallon iron pott and pot hooks. The remainder of my estate to my well beloved wife, Elizabeth, making her whole executrix.
