| Manships of New Brunswick and Maine |
Fannie Lund, one of the 2 daughters of George Lund and Jane (Ibbitson) of Sackville New Brunswick married John Manship. Little is known of John other than he came from England. Other Manships came to North America about the same time, mostly from Norfolk and Somerset England. Seven offspring have been identified, some in the Sackville area and others in northern Maine. this reflects the division that occurred in the 1850s when Fannie's father George and her brother George Jr "disappeared" to northern Maine.
