Dear Marty; Thanks for your query. I find your info . v e r y i ntriguing!
There are at least 3 early Lund branches on PEI. Will i a m L u nd (and wife
Mary Hunter) arrived directly from England aboard the V a l i a nt in 1818.
There is another William Lund who was here in 1820 (w e d o n ' t know who he
is); and then there is our line from Robert Lund. Infor m a t i on on Robert
Lund begins to appear in the 1850's and we have not est a b l i shed where he
came from. We have no birth records for his childr e n . I t i s a possibility
that he lived in N.S. or N.B. before he came to PE I . I w i l l do some
checking in this direction during the upcoming winter m o n t h s - no time to
do genealogy searching in the summer!

I knew I had seen the LUND name in connection wit h P E I a n d it is because the
LUND's of PEI married into my ENMAN family (my grandm o t h e r WELLS was an ENMAN before she married my grandfat he r) . T his is also the connection to the
Charlie Lund I have previously mentioned.
For what it might be worth to you here is the LUND info r m a t ion connected to
the ENMAN's of PEI. I do see some coming up in Winni p e g M B . I did a look up
on your Lund Family Tree and did not find a Charles L u n d b o rn in 1833 or his
parents Robert & Eleanor Lund. But it may help yo u t o k n o w that there are
other LUNDs in Manitoba, BC and Sarnia ON.
