Administration of the Estate of ANNE PUCKETT
(Henrico County, Virginia, Deeds & Wills, 1677-1692, page 90, 02 June 1679.)
"These presents Witnesseth it is mutually agreed and concluded between William Puckett, John Puckett, Thomas Puckett, and Richard Womack, yet the said William Puckett have and is allotted for his full share of cattle belonging to the estate of his father, John Puckett, and Anne, his wife, both deceased, one ox called Samuel, one red ox killed, 1 young brown steer 2 years old, and to the share of John Puckett 2 unbroken steers, 1 black and 1 pyed, and 1 young bull without tail, to the share lot of Thomas Puckett 2 oxen called Dick and Tom, 1 black 2yr. old steer, and to share a cot of Rich Womack (in right of his wife) 2 cows called Starre & Betty, one calf, 1 black heifer, 3 sows, 3 burros (2 yr. each) to be sent by the aforesaid Pucketts or either of them to be delivered without delay and the aforesaid parties hold themselves content with the division of the estate and after Rich Womack has received parts of stock allotted the rest to be divided between William, John and Thomas."
Hi I have a little info John and Anne were married abt 1648 in Henrico Co. Virginia and she died abt 1648. I know that one of their children's names was Mary Elizabeth Ruth Pucket born abt 1656 in Henrico Co. and died abt 1691 she had a brother named John, any other info would be helpful Thanks Shelby
