Phoebe GLYNN was b 10 Jul 1778 prob in Ireland. She was residing in Westmoreland, Cheshire, NH prior to 1797, and m Stephen OTIS Jr at nearby Dummerton, Windham, VT 27 Feb 1797. Their youngest child ( of 6)was Elisha Graves OTIS who, in manhood, became famous for inventing the passenger elevator and founding the Otis Elevator Company. Phoebe d abt 1867.
