D. Jeremiah Anderson of Bayham. Father Anderson was born at Athens, in the State of New Yor
k in 1764, and died in Bayham, 22nd April, 1857, and was conseqwuently 92 years and 9 months old.At an early age of fourteen he entered his Britanic Majesty's services and during the Revolutionary War on board the Commodore's ship; his late Majesty King William, serving on board the same ship as Midshipman. In 1807, in New Brunswick, he entered the service of the King of Kings, and kept his armor on till, in a good old age, he received his discharge with a retiring pension of fulness of joy and pleasures for evermore shortly after his conversion he removed to Canada West, and settled in the town of Charlottesville. In 1817 he removed to Bayham, where he finished his course with joy...
