From the July 1, 1918 Courier Gazette
"Harrison P. MacAlman and Miss Marguerite Gregory were quietly married in Dover, N.H., June 16, and that interesting fact did not become known to Rockland friends until Saturday, when the announcement was made official. The bridegroom is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. S.G. MacAlman of this city, and was with the 101st Engineers in the Overseas fighting. He is now employed at a Ford plant in Boston. The bride is a daughter of A.W. Gregory and has charge of a private ward in the Boston Children's Hospital, of which she is a graduate. The stolen march has been forgiven, and congratulations are on the way to Boston."
