Individual:
Prior to her position at Lermon Bros Store, Donna had worked for her husband, both in Edenton, North Carolina and Columbia, Kentucky. She was a member of the Lebanon Methodist Church.
A Grandson's Memory:
There was a long procession of Lebanon, Kentucky citizens outside Bosley Funeral Home, waiting to pay respects to Mrs. Donna Roberts of Lerman Bros Store. Approximately, 650 people signed her memorial records; a tribute to obviously a well liked and respected individual. Grandmother Roberts would mail the largest box of clothes at Christmas to her widowed daughter, Thera Mae Marble in Ashland, Ohio to help clothe the three grandsons. She sent generous gifts at Easter, also. The grandsons, the three Marble boys childhood memories; include sitting on grandmother Roberts' large front porch, catching June bugs and fire flies on Kentucky hot summer nights. - Brad
