Bryan Neck is part of Greenwich, CT Married first Martha Joanna
Winthrop granddaughter of Gov John Winthrop Second Mary Hoyt. He
bought a house and lot in 1652 in Stamford, CT. 1654 House and lot in
Fairfield, CT. In 1676 with John Banks Sr of "Fayrefield" acquired
title to a "sartaine parsell of land in Greenwich, lying by Bryan
River and by the estimation three score ackers". He served in the
Pequot War of 1637-8 afterwards settled at Fairfield. He had 2
children with Martha and 8 with Mary Source: Lyon Memorial - Robert B.
