Last Will & Testament of Mary Young

Mary Young widow of the late Claibourn Young deceased do here by make and record this my last Will and Testament
In the first-place bequeath my Soul to God who gave it, and my body to be decently buried.
And after all just-claims against my estate and funeral expenses are paid what may be left of my property both real and personal I will have disposed of as follows, viz.
To my son Claibourn Addison Young one bed and bedding & yarn coverlet. The Encyclopedia of religious knowledge.
To my son Corneulous Miller Young I bequeath all my property both real and personal property excepting that which is herein bequeathed to the persons and purposes herein after named.
To my son John Bird Young fifty (50) Dollars in money in addition to what is herein after provided for. One bed bedding & yarn coverlet the large family Bible without the plates.
The money on hand at my death I wish to be divided equally between my three sons Claibourn Addison Young, Connealous Miller Young and John Bird Young.
To Eliza Maria Hennett I bequeath one bed and bedding and ( ) also in dollars in money. I also hereby appoint my son Cornealous Miller Young my executor to carry into effect this my last will and testament.

Be It remembered that on the 7th day of June 1875 Bird Coldwell one of the
subscribing witness to the within and foregoing last will and testament of Mary Young late of said county deceased. Personally appeared before the Clerk of the Circuit court of Boone County in the State of Indiana and being duly sworn( )that( )of said( )upon his oath( )
follows, that Is to say that on the 15th day of December 1873 he ( ) said Mary Young sign her name to said instrument in writing as and for her last will and testament and that the said instrument in writing was at the same time at the request of the said Mary Young and with her consent attested and subscribed by the said Bird Coldwell & Jeremiah Cory in the presence of the said testator, and in the presence of each other as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the said Mary Young was at the time of the signing of said instrument in writing aforesaid of full agnd memory and not under any coercion or restraint: as the said deponent verily believes and further deponent says not.
