Hiatt-Hiett & Allied Quaker Families
This Gedcom is primarly pertaining to my maternal grandmother's families, [Martha Bell Smith]. You will mainly find the Hiatt families lineage, however there are the beginnings of the Beals, Huffman, McNees, Hodgson, and Mills Families. Other Family surnames that can be found are Cox, Coffin, Hinshaw, Keys, Thornburgh, Smith, Stanley and Williams. Many of these families migrated together and marryied back and forth within their lines. They started from the East Coast, basically Pennsylvannia and Maryland, traveled to North Carolina, Ohio and then Indiana. Many of these families heavily resided in the Jay, Randolph and Wayne Counties of Indiana, then headed out west.
