Per Paul Reed message toGen-Medieval "settled in Hainault, having resided with uncle,Baldwin IV... died 1170" Granted, not the greatest reference,but it is chronologically in line with what the major secondarysources say for his parents.Note: The Baldwin who Curt refers to did die in 1170 whileresiding with his uncle, according to Paul Reed's message to thenewgroup; but he was Roger de Toeni's younger brother, and uncleto this Baldwin. This Baldwin's dates match the contents of PaulReed's posting to the soc.genealogy.medieval newgroup. I wouldlike to thank Curt for the source.
