Kay Allen does not give parents for Joan. The Joan who wasdaughter of Robert d'Aubigny & Joan seems to be the most likelycandidate, although some sources state that she married GeoffreyBeauchamp, I believe that he died about 1221, which fitsperfectly with Florence's approximate birth year.
