[Burke'sPeerage, 3102]Note: MCS didn't seem to indicate doubts about Alianor's lastname. However Ancestral Roots avoids naming a wife for JohnLovel. On page 3102 Burke's Peerage makes very clear who Eleanoris and what her ancestry is. I think the question is with themother that they give on 3102, which is the 2nd wife Elizabethle Despenser, who didn't marry William la Zouche until "aft. 28April 1393" (1st wife didn't die until "aft. 2 Dec 1391"). Adate of 1393 makes it impossible for Eleanor to have William 7thBaron Lovel, b. 1397. Since all these dates are given by Burke'sPeerage, I can see that they have a problem. Eleanor must be thedaughter of the 1st wife.
