Hugh Hammock, Will, 15 May 1804, Lunenburg Co., VA: To Wife Anna during widowhood, balance of his personal estate after paying debts, negroes Prince, Jim, Cate, Hannah,. also all stock, household and kitchen furniture (except filly), and 1/3 part of land including where dwellling house stands, also use of son Robert's 1/3 parrt of land until he is age 21 or marrys: to son Lewis Hammock, the 1/3 where Rice Waller formerly lived; to son Hugh Hammock after death of testator's wife, all land lent to her; to daughers Milley Hammock, Caty Hammock, and Anna Hammock, 20 pounds out of estate aftaer death or marriage of testator's wife; balance of wife's estate divided equally amont all his childdren before mentioned; appoints wife Anna and son Lewis Hammock executors.
