Sanford, Maine- Patricia A. " Pat " Mcbride, 57, of Jessie Circle, Died Sunday April 28, 1996, at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Dover New Hampshire.
She was born July 7,1938 in Farmington New Hampshire, the daughter of Woodrow and Annie ( Garion ) Bartlett.
Pat was a longtime resident of Berwick and was educated in the Berwick schools.
She was a comunicant of Our Lady of Queen Peace Church, Berwick.
She was one of the original members to help organzie the Hackmatack Summer Theater, Berwick.
For several years, Pat served as a clerk at Johnson's Market, Berwick and at the IGA Store, York. She was also an administrative assistant to Attorney Harry Littlefield of Wells.
She had worked as meat cutter at Shaw's SuperMarket in Newington, New Hampshire,
a cook at Doughty's Falls Restaurant in North Berwick.
And untill her illness, she was a head cook at Varney Crossing Nursing Home in North Berwick.
Survivors include: a brother. William J. Bartlett of North Berwick, Four Daughters, Tanje M. Burby of Sanford, Ann M. Worth of Waterboro, Ronna M. Lanciano of Dover N.H, Jennifer L. McGlone of Somersworth N.H.; 16 grandchildren and a great granddaughter; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts; a special friend, Louis B. Moody of Sanford.
Friends may call from 7-9pm tonight at Laing Funeral Chapel, 36 Rochester St. Berwick.
A Mass of Christain Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady Queen Of Peace Church, Berwick, with Rev. Hilary Cameron pastor, officiating. Interment will be Evergreen Cemetery, Berwick.
