Individual:
Most all the information on Clinton Meek Waldroop's family was written by Sylvia Irene Strein-Frey in Sept. 1962.
Clinton was supposed to have re-married only 3 weeks after Lucy Jane died.
Clinton moved from Ark. and located around Checotah, Ok.
One day in the Fall, about 1899, Clinton went to his cotton patch to pick cotton. He was alone and no one knew where he had gone. When he did not show up later, they began looking for him and found him dead in the cotton field. He had a stroke and died while picking cotton. He was buried in the Fishertown Cemetery near Onapa, Ok.
