DEEDS of Amherst County, Virginia, 1761-1807: DEED BOOK 8, Page 369 states that TABITHA WARE, her son and husband, WILLIAM PARKS, of Amherst County, Virginia sold to EDWARD WARE for 500 pounds. William PARKS and Tabitha, the daughter of Edward WARE only had one child, a son named JOHN PARKS.
