February 13, 1828 -- Solomon Davis and Elizabeth Davis his wife, forme rly Elizabeth Hicks and daughter of William Valentine, deceased vs. Mary Tubbs, Ejectment for the undivided half part of 100 acres of land in Allegheny Township. On July 14, 1829 Solomon and Elizabeth Davis sign a statement reading, "We hereby discontinue this suit and confess judgement for costs."
August 10, 1829 -- Solomon Davis and Elizabeth Davis his wife vs. Steph en Chambers and Mary his wife, formerly Mary Tubbs. Summons in ejectment for the same 50 acres. This suit was evidently dropped also. -- Mrs. Alice Morrison
