GRAHAM TOWNSHIP WOMAN DIES
Mary Ellen Williams, widow of the late Wilson Williams, passed away at her home in Graham township, near the Summit Hill Church, Wednesday, Feb. 1, 1924, aged 76 years, 2 months and 14 days. The deceased was a devoted member of the U. B. Church, a good Christian woman and indulgent, loving mother. Her death will be mourned by a large circle of friends.
She is survived by eight children, as follows: Otis Williams, of Morgan Run; Cordie, wife of William Gisewhite of Graham township; George Williams, and Ralph Williams, of Boggs township; Jacob Williams, of Grahamton; Mollie, wife of Michael Knepp, of Wallaceton; Cyrus Williams and Walter Williams, of Graham township. Thirty-seven grandchildren also survive. She is also survived by two brothers and two sisters, Jacob Hummel, of Bigler; Abraham Hummel, of Philipsburg; Mrs. Henry Shimmel, of Boggs township, and Mrs. Sarah Turner, of Clearfield.
Funeral services were held at the Summit Hill U. B. Church on Saturday afternoon following her demise, her pastor Rev. J. C. Moses, officiating. Interment was made in Summit Hill cemetery.
