From Queen Anne County Land Records STW 10 f. 353: 19 August 1809 Samuel Lambden of Kent Co., Dela. to Richard Chambers of Caroline County - his portion of land called "Hazel Point," in Queen Anne's Co., 75 acres which belonged to his brother James Lambden of Caroline County, deceased and descended to his brothers William B. Lambdin, Thomas Lambden and Samuel Lambdin and his sisters, Catherine Lambdin and Elizabeth Pollins.
