From Queen Anne County Land Records STW 10 f. 353: 19 August 1809 Samuel Lambden of Kent Co., Dela. to Richard Chambers of Caroline County - his portion of land called "Hazel Point," in Queen Anne's Co., 75 acres which belonged to his brother James Lambden of Caroline County, deceased and descended to his brothers William B. Lambdin, Thomas Lambden and Samuel Lambdin and his sisters, Catherine Lambdin and Elizabeth Pollins.

John Lambdin of Talbot, Planter, to Robert Lambdin, Millwright - consideration 80 pound current money - all claim to "Willia and Mary's Addition," escheated out of "Grafton's Mannore" and deemed to be 100 acres and likewise the remaining part of "William and Mary's Addition" deemed to be about 52 acres and also a tract purchased from Daniel Lambdin called "Winterton," 50 acres and any other land that was bequeathed to him by his father William Lambdin lately deceased, in his will; all of which premises are on the swelling plantation of his father, William Lambdin now lately deceased. Wit: Samuel Dickinson, Jacob Hindman. 127. 6 Mar. 1762.
